coach noise high step
the staff demonstrated helpfulness, especially at the front desk (they allowed early check-in).
My room faced the front and was subject to noise from coaches. They frequently stopped to allow people to visit the rose garden opposite. the shower had a high step that was concerning, particularly given wet feet. the toilet's proximity to the wall also created an awkward seating position.

mixed feelings about this stay
high step design flaw
the room faced the front, overlooking the rose garden. there was considerable noise because tour buses frequently stopped there. the shower had a high step, posing a slight hazard when stepping out with wet feet. also, the toilet was too close to the wall (a design flaw, really).

convenient stay
modern room spacious room free parking central location
the refurbished room was modern and spacious. i found free parking and a central location, a convenient choice. the location has easy access to main roads to the centre. laundry facilities were available too.
The shower had a large step, that was a bit worrying. the toilet felt too close to the wall in the bathroom. The layout felt a little off.

the hotel is near the rose garden and holy trinity cathedral. these locations offer opportunities for walks. the area provides a quiet and elegant atmosphere near the city center.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall service proved good. there is a bar area where guests can relax. there is an option to dine at the hotel, but i preferred exploring nearby eateries to experience local life.

the hotel features laundry facilities. the hotel also offers a pool area . the room had two queen size beds, offering ample sleeping space, a very helpful arrangement.

renovated rooms with some drawbacks
modern bathroom breakfast buffet thin wall reception staff
the rooms looked great because they were recently renovated! the bathroom felt really clean and modern. the breakfast buffet offered lots of choices, so i found something i liked.
The walls felt a bit thin and i could hear people in the next room, annoying. also, some of the reception staff could use more customer service skills. I didn't feel that welcome.
